You need to calm down. The 2jz is not that different from most other engines. I never said it was.
The TSRM says use a gasket scraper on your stock forged pistons you have? I wonder why none of my 2jz engines have oem forged pistons. Or is it that you are using the TSRM recommendations on your aftermarket parts... Let me know how that works out if you decide to use oem torque specs on all your arp hardware. Also, see if the oem piston to cylinder wall clearances work for your JE or CP pistons.
Don't assume anything. You don't know me. I do know what I am doing. I've built over 200 toyota engines, and multiples of other brands. I've built turbocharged, supercharged, and nitrous cars. I tune my own standalones and tune many other local cars. I've built custom harnesses and just about anything else you can do to a car.
So calm your ass down. You make one more personal attack towards me for no reason and I'll calm you down.
